Buying a new car is always the best choice - you don't have to worry about the history of the car. But it's an expensive choice. You can save thousands of dollars if you buy an used car. But used car buying raises a lot more questions - is that a real car mileage, when was the last time when the car pass an emission test, is the car stolen, salvage and a lot more. In most of the cases the dealers know the answers of these questions, but they'll rarely tell you.

What do I need?
A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). It's a 17 character number unique to each vehicle. It identifies characteristics of the vehicle, including manufacturer, year, model, body, engine specifications, and serial number. It can be found on cars dashboards, driver's side door jamb stickers, and title documents.
What is the price?
Two pizzas. Yes. I'm kidding, but for a price like that you can have the report and it can save you from a mistake that could cost you thousands of dollars.

It's higly recomended to buy a report, you can't imagine how many cars with problems are on the market now. I'm telling that from my own expierence - I've bought an used car a few mounths ago. I've ordered unlimited report and I've checked over 50 vehicles. Maybe 30-40% of them had any problems (most often odometer rolback or accidents).
